Job DescriptionYour RoleHelp develop the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including leading the actions and implementationConduct annual reviews and updates to the manual of policies and control its implementationwithin the Company.Provide advice to the business on appropriateness and effectiveness of controls in placeConduct due diligence on the delegates and services providers of the Company, ensuring theongoing monitoring of delegated functions in compliance.Advise on regulatory implications for new business initiatives, ensuring that relevant complianceconsiderations and resulting risks, are part of the processFollow up the legal and regulatory developments, informing the Senior Management on the newrequirements and reporting deadlines.Draft the annual reports on the Compliance and AML/CFT functions.Draft the annual risk assessment of the Company and its funds under portfolio management.Be the person of contact with the authorities, including the CSSF and FSMA.Participate in the preparation of legal reporting and regulatory surveys.Promote a positive compliance culture and awareness through the development and roll out of appropriate and tailored training for staffYour profileYou have a master’s degree in law, finance or economicsYou have at least 2-3 years of experiences in Compliance, regulatory, legal or AML/CTF in the financial sectorYou have experience of Compliance and AML/CFT functions, and are familiar with the CSSF.You have a strong understanding of compliance methodology, regulatory assessments, and controls.You have excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong client relationships.You intend to growth as Chief Compliance Officer and RC in a medium-term.You are fluent in English and French.
