We are proud to be partnering with our client again for their office in York. They are a well-established business who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. Our client is a leading provider of advanced location tracking and risk management solutions, who are constantly expanding.The purpose of this role is to total ownership of marketing functions, building a strategic marketing plan that sees the company increase their exposure in target markets around the world. The role includes budget responsibility, developing clear evidence of ROI on activities and building a marketing team as the business develops and grows.WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW AS A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGERUp to £40,000 per annumMonday-Friday, 37.5 hours per weekFlexible working, with Hybrid (2 days from home per week)23 days holiday plus bank holidays which increase with length of serviceMatched pension contributionsHealthcare planDental planDevelopment and progression opportunities.A SNAPSHOT OF THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGERS DAYYou will help optimise all digital and non-digital routes, driving sales revenue and ensuring an excellent online customer experience.Develop marketing communications primarily for digital purposes using digital media.Develop content for web-sites and drive/maintain digital marketing campaigns and activities across these sites.Develop, support and deliver the online/digital marketing plan and drive online marketing activity and awareness, ensuring that all activities are optimised, costed, delivered on time and measurable.Produce marketing communications collateral to support the sales team, activity plans for events, Corporate Customers and Partners and new / updated Products or Solutions and their support materials.To manage the marketing assistantGeneral Marketing administrationDoes this sound like a good fit for you? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:You will have at least 2 years' experience within a Marketing Manager positionYou will have experience in telecoms or similar would be highly desirableYou will have proven experience working in a B2B marketYou will be a positive leader who is able to manage a small team as well as external partnershipsYou will be a confident communicator who is able to present to people at all levels including key stakeholdersYou will be computer literate with Windows, Multi Media and knowledge of HTML.You may have experience in addition to this which we will be happy to discuss.
