We are continuously growing and we are looking for an M365 Technology Expert to join our UniQue Luxembourg team!The goal is to contribute to implementing and maintaining a modern digital workspace.What will you be bringing to the team?Help to drive the adoption of M365-based modern workplace technologies,Design, plan, develop and implement solutions within M365 portfolio and servicesProvide hands-on support of M365Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesCollaborate with team members to analyse information, define and prioritize requirements and evaluate potential solutionsProvide expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in M365Ensure compliance with IT security standardsComply with Agile methodology in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the M365 tenantContribute to design vision and other project-related documentation.RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this position?Bachelor's level degree in a relevant professionAt least 5 years of professional experience in business analysisIn-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in M365 (administration, configuration, design, deployment);Capability to write clear and structured technical documents;Ability to participate, organize and coordinate meetings, very good communication skills (English);Collaborative and proactive approach with hands-on attitude;Ability to make recommendations and give advice about best practices;Previous experience as technology expert M365 in at least one of the following areas:Collaboration and Communication (including some or all of: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Voice, Office 365, etc.)User Identity Management (including some or all of: Azure Active Directory, Licences Management, User Authentication, Access Policies, Identity Protection, etc.)Mobile Device and Workplace Management (including some or all of: Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Azure Security Centre, Microsoft 365 Defender, etc.)Information Protection and Governance (including some or all of: Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, Sensitive Information Types, Microsoft 365 Encryption, Microsoft Sentinel, Message Encryption, Sensitivity Labels, Data Lifecycle and Records Management, Retention, Data Analytics, Audit, etc.)Fluency in English.At Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
