As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner you will form part of the Ventia Telecommunications team and take the lead in developing sound people and culture strategies to support our sector.This position will partner with senior leaders and executives within our Wireless and Operation Services business units to develop and implement strategic P&C initiatives that align with organisation goals and drive business success.You will use your P&C expertise and business acumen to provide insights and solutions to enhance organisational performance, business engagement.
