Job Description
Role Summary
We are recruiting for an Account Manager hybrid role blending global strategy with overall account coordination in the platformGSK International Pharma team, to work across Global Vaccines and Corporate businesses. This person will assist the Strategy Director across workstreams on the account, with a deeper focus on supporting the development of quality global media strategy guidance, the stewardship of local markets plans and activations, as well as upskilling market capabilities through trainings.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Insights
- Quality assurance of media plans from Local Markets against monthly flowcharts and guidelines

Close collaboration with Local Markets and understanding of their media offerings

Forge connection among markets by sharing cross-markets learnings

Support the development of Media Strategy Guidelines including converting updated data runs from Global Web Index into slides

Format / build media training and capability building decks and edits
Account & Stakeholder Management
- Support in requests from partner agencies

Support the development of partnership recommendations, and delivery of activations across corporate GSK campaigns

Support in coordinating digital and offline activity, with day to day issue resolution and performance reporting

Support in updating Client status documents
Media Planning & Partnerships

Support the Strategy Director to go beyond digital media to broader media partnerships that could extend into offline channels, as well as drive the overall account for the Corporate campaigns

Support in organizing innovation and inspirational meetings for clients, researching guest speakers and ensuring the day runs smoothly

Support role on managing key client stakeholders across key tasks and markets

Experience working with local market teams to share relevant information and ensure understanding & adoption of strategies (as outlined in responsibilities above)

Experience running market call presentations smoothly, collating and distributing feedback and plans

Experience working with local markets in ensuring they are following the Global strategy and executing best in class plans at a local level

Experience in connecting and educating markets through the sharing of cross-markets best practices and learnings

Strong digital experience and knowledge of KPIs, optimization metrics and campaign reporting particularly in search, social and programmatic

Ability to transform details on campaign planning and status information from local markets and shape into high level key insights that senior clients would read and absorb

Ability to be clear and concise in communicating information to internal and external partners

Pharmaceutical industry or Consumer Health preferred but not required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), media systems, tools, and resources (GWI, AdIntel, ComScore, Media Tools, Planning tools)

Possesses intermediate knowledge of all platforms within online and offline media across markets

Possesses intermediate knowledge of qualitative and quantitative business information used by clients
