Salary range: £37,261 - £40,478 per annum

Work location: County Hall, Oxfordshire

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Permanent (2 positions available)

You will join our Quality Improvement: Live Well Team to work with our care and support providers for people with neurodiversity and mental health needs to help them give the best service possible. We are a vibrant team, filled with colleagues who have unique qualities, with each person bringing their own special input to the team. About you


You should have some experience in the health and social care sector; an understanding of the legislation impacting on safeguarding vulnerable adults and children is also essential. A background in social care project management or work within a social or health care provider would be advantageous but not essential.


You will need strong organisational skills and the ability to confidently challenge all stakeholders to ensure that services are set up safely to agreed timelines. A track-record of leading, instigating change, managing resources and overseeing projects to achieve efficiencies is essential and you will be adept at building strong relationships and networks.


We will expect you to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and suppliers. As a highly insightful individual who enjoys analysing data and information, you will have great commercial awareness, strong negotiation skills and financial astuteness.
