You’ll be responsible for running and setting the strategy for the General Operations function, handling product data analysis and support, running and building operational processes to support the function of a growing suite of products and building internal tools for other Operational teams

What you'll do:

• Work with the VP Operations to plan operational strategy and objectives
• Manage and lead a growing team of product and technical analysts
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency
• Enhance internal controls ensuring they are documented and regularly reviewed and updated.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers where required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new processes where required, for example for new product releases
• Project manage various Operational projects and initiatives
• Build and maintain a roadmap for internal tooling

What we’re really looking for:

• Experience managing and leading a team of direct and indirect reports
• Proven experience designing and implementing new operational processes in an efficient and scalable manner with an emphasis on automation
• Experience in a fintech or fast paced startup environment
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Proactive with our core value “Make it Happen” in mind
• Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
• Smart, with the ability to find solutions independently

Nice to have

• Understanding of Javascript and/or other programming languages
