Job Description


The role requires expertise in a sleek, cutting edge and commercially driven workplace and can drive high performance across a number of outsourced contracts to deliver an exceptional space experience for our ASOSers. This will involve identifying creative solutions and maintaining strong relationships with chosen vendors.

Accountable for inputting into decisions on space services contracts relevant to your site, ensuring they are fit for purpose, drive cost efficiencies and provide a seamless service for ASOS.

You will be…

  • Translating ASOS priorities into meaningful deliverables for the service partners outlining expectations and measures of success. Actively encourage and facilitate cross-contract collaboration to build an effective team that work seamlessly together to deliver service excellence
  • Working closely with the Space Experience Lead, as we inspire to deliver a space experience like no other, you will be pivotal in recommending and delivering improvements to support this element of the space strategy
  • Working closely with our service partners to ensures compliance with space operations legislative requirements, delivering best practice for management, policies and procedures
  • Taking ownership of and working within allocated operational budget to deliver first class and unique space services to our ASOSers and tenants, demonstrating good financial management and delivery of savings where possible
  • Responsible for ensuring services are delivered to the highest standard through robust governance management for each service partner, holding them accountable across agreed KPI's and SLA's via regular quality checks and challenging status quo on a monthly basis.
  • You will be the first point of contact for liaising with the landlord and representing ASOS by attending landlord organised meetings to review joint tenant issues and challenges, ensuring a good working relationship with other tenants
  • Working closely with functions to identify space requirements, project managing any new requirements including desk moves to support their BAU activities
  • Promoting high level of satisfaction among ASOSers by promptly responding to their service requirements and, ensures prompt responses by other team members and contractors to ensure a positive experience
  • Acting as a go-to person in relation to all Space activities for sites within their remit ensuring potential roadblocks are identified and removed
  • Responsible for ensuring space operations are represented during any fit-out, relocation or refurbishment project and that new sites are operationally ready for occupation working closely with the Space Experience Lead and Projects team
  • Building high performing relationships with other members of the property and space leadership team to inform, update and where appropriate escalate
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders including PXLT (Director, Heads of and Partners), Tech, H&S and Commercial
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a close working relationship with all service partners to ensure that they fully understand the ASOS culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high-quality service

Qualifications


We’d love to meet, someone with…

  • Extensive facilities/project management experience
  • Good technical knowledge (including construction, heating, air conditioning, plant rooms, lighting), managing contractual SLAs, KPIs.
  • Strong strategic skills, especially in relation to property management, building project management, space requirements and maintenance
  • The ability to manage simultaneous projects and deliver the core role effectively in a pressured environment
  • Proven experience of delivering high quality work in a similar role
  • A track record of having improved services and output through managing third party contracts

Evidence of managing medium/large building projects covering project conception, planning, budget management and control, time scale, team health and safety and quality management
