The Role…

An exciting opportunity for an existing eCommerce Account Executive or Online Assistant Manager to look after key retail partners such as SpaceNK, THG and Amazon. Our Account Executive will possess strong commercial acumen, have excellent negotiation skills, a solid background in acquisition & retention marketing, to also be able to quickly build outstanding collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for managing online retail accounts to successfully achieve agreed sales targets through effective communication, development and implementation of strategic plans. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is imperative to the role.


Main Duties…

Ecommerce

  • Reviewing progress regularly to ensure delivery is on track and recommend changes as appropriate.
  • Manage and execute retailer.com partnership marketing budget & campaigns to support and outline seasonal programming and promotions.
  • Compile and monitor trading results (retail, gross sales, net sales) on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure performance is on track.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with internal and e-retailer teams and their digital teams.
  • Develop and deliver proposals to enhance performance of brand, negotiating additional support as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all online retail opportunities are maximised.
  • Conduct and log weekly online audits to ensure consumer experience is of the highest quality and check for any bugs, errors, and needed optimisation.
  • Support the Cowshed & Soho Skin Partnership Marketing & JBP plans for all e-retailers to drive the online business performance, coordinating with online accounts and functions as required.
  • Continuous optimisation of all online shopping experiences.
  • Enrich SPP and brand room content to maximise education, SEO, traffic and conversion.
  • Work collaboratively with retailers to trial new functionalities & tools.
  • Utilising creative and education team to create best-in-class content and opportunities across all e-businesses.


Sales & Marketing

  • Manage & review online retail partner performance, identifying strengths and weakness at all times to forecast and adjust the plan where needed to meet the needs of the business.
  • Work closely with Senior Brand Manager to leverage opportunity for growth and new product launches, and achieve the agreed retail and wholesale targets for each online retailer.
  • Support the Global Sales Manager on ensuring omni channel support is optimised with good stock mix and strategy across both bricks and online accounts. Working closely to set the online retailer annual budget and targets.

Demand & Inventory

  • Optimise stocks and assortment for retailer.coms and pureplays, flagging issues with the Global Sales Manager and Head of Merchandising for e-businesses.
  • Work with retailers to resolves any out-of-stock issues as quickly as possible.
  • Have a thorough understanding of sales data, retailer insights, and market trends in order to influence future strategic direction for each retailer.com and associated stock plan needs.
  • Work pro-actively with Merchandising and operations teams to ensure current sales trends are accounted for within forecasts, identifying stock issues and developing a strategy to overcome these.
  • Maintain excellent communications with online retail partners on stock availability and optimisation to ensure goals are met on fill rates

Requirements / Qualifications...

  • Experience in a brand sales position with exposure to sales targets
  • Must have worked with retailer.coms and/or pureplays
  • A solid understanding of partnership marketing
  • Proficient in sales tracking, data consolidation and reporting
  • Beauty brand experience is desirable but not necessary
  • Highly organised individual with attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Collaborative and able to work in cross-department teams
