What you'll do:
Provide business analysis support across the whole life cycle of projects and programmes including stakeholder identification, requirements management and scope definition
Create, define, and deliver analysis activities and key artefacts including ‘as is & to be’ processes, gap analysis and colleague journeys through workshops and stakeholder meetings to support business and operational readiness
Deliver quality analysis and document business requirements, business processes, and colleague journeys and where appropriate use Agile User Stories or more formal analysis techniques such as Use Case Diagrams and Business Process Modelling
Input to and review test scenarios, ensuring any defects are tracked and investigated, escalating issues and risks where there is impact on overall delivery
Work closely with stakeholders, building strong relationships, ensuring needs are fully understood and represented, and ensuring any changes are embedded successfully
Collaborate with CoE’s, Product Owners and GERP and other delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Support the Project Manager /Programme Manager and Change Managers across the function in delivering coherent end to end delivery plans
Be able to identify potential challenges or roadblocks up-front and to use your experience and knowledge to support quick and pragmatic decision making
Actively support team development activities and initiatives to drive quality delivery
Document business handover at project closure defining key information such as workaround processes for business as usual, feed into PIR/lessons learned and best practice.
What you'll bring:

Strong analysis toolkit with knowledge and experience in core analysis activities such as journey mapping and gap analysis, an understanding of data analysis methodologies is desirable
Working knowledge of the full project lifecycle with practical experience in planning, analysis, and delivery readiness
Ability to influence senior/executive level stakeholders and negotiate to drive decisions and ensure relative progress across project and programmes and can communicate with confidence

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
