Job Description

The opportunity


We’re looking for a Junior Digital Support Manager to join the team at Iris and support on ongoing service workstreams for our clients.


This is a great opportunity for someone to work closely with our team of performance marketing, eCommerce Specialists and developers who are committed to delivering an extraordinary end-product, have a passion for creative work, an exceptional attention to detail, are process driven and are able to partner effectively to service our clients.


Your responsibilities as a Digital Support Manager will include:


  • Supporting the full project lifecycle, from scoping through to copy, design, build and deployment/upload. You’ll be working closely with our internal developers and UX/UI designers, overseeing the work quality and delivery.
  • Updating clients on progress of current tasks and discussing new business opportunities
  • Reviewing and scoping out new requests from the client – such as new feature requests, design/development enhancements
  • Monitoring site performance and reporting, making proactive recommendations to the client, including:
    • Technical improvements (site speed, feature improvement, technical SEO)
    • UX and CRO improvements
  • Assisting in the development of strategic roadmaps for the client and ensuring delivery against the roadmaps, on time and within budget.
  • Ad hoc tasks, with opportunities to develop and flex into more technical projects.

What we're looking for


  • Exceptional digital project management and organisation skills, with high attention to detail and a natural self-motivating drive.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and manage clients' relationships.
  • A born collaborator, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, front and back end development would be essential to fully understand all roles within a typical project lifecycle.
  • You care. We’re looking for someone who’ll find the time and energy to ensure we create the very best work, for the clients and the agency.
  • Personable, with a natural ability to develop strong relationships across the agency.
  • You’re ambitious. We’re looking for a candidate who wants to continue to develop their career and sees the opportunity represented by this role.
