Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Contributing to maximizing the profitability of the store by supporting the Stockroom Operational needs and delivering a Stockroom Model for our Consumers:
- Maintaining an effective and organized stockroom and logistical environment
- Executes store operations with particular focus on product flow to and from the store, sales floor and back of house
Key Responsibilities:
- Is aware of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these
- Uses retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor
- Executes tasks such as delivery, replenishment, omnichannel and running at the request of management to deliver exceptional service and reputation for the brand flagship
- Use retail experience to deliver as a team a model brand flagship Stockroom Operation
- Maintain a well-organized and effective stockroom environment
- Utilise the SAM Applications to fully deliver a leading service culture between Operations and our consumers
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with all team members
- Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continuously and confidently improve own performance
- Balance brand and operation to deliver the ultimate Flagship door upholding brand and service
- Comply with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
- Completes all tasks required of them within the given SLA

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Adapts communication style to service both internal and external consumers dependent on the situation
- Flexibly adapts approach to accommodate the needs of multiple internal and external consumers at the same time
- Deals professionally with difficult situations
- Uses retail and commercial expertise to drive overall store sales by prioritising the consumer and brand at all times whether it be by Omnichannel or by flow of merchandise to the sales floor
Requisite Education and Experience
- Minimum 1-year work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with stockroom knowledge experience, with a retail industry understanding
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Stockroom Leadership role
