Our paperboard is an integral part of the shopping experience for our clients’ customers. Since 2013 we have powered the mill almost entirely by fossil fuel free energy. We are seeking an driven and enthusiastic IT System Analyst who will facilitate communication between the business and IT to translate business requirements into structured IT solutions. The successful candidate will contribute towards the reliability, availability and costs for the IT systems within budget, policies and in line with Mill objectives.
Reporting to the IT & OT Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Project manage and lead key business projects
- Collaborate with application owners and developers to support and manage Forestry systems, HR, Visitor & Contractor Access, T&A, Payroll and more
- Communicate changes and information
- Hold responsibility for safety and security within the IT Team and the systems that you support
- Provide assistance to other members of the IT department as required
- Drive personal development
We are looking for someone who has good skills in analysis, design and problem solving. You have the ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources, ability to adapt to change and a forward thinking attitude with good business appreciation.
Furthermore, the successful IT System Analyst will possess
- Practical industry experience and skills in some of the following technologies - MS .NET, MS SQL including SSRS, Oracle DB, C#
- A relevant degree in Information Technology - or equivalent
- Practical industry experience of managing large scale business system implementations, application consolidation and data migrations
- Proven track record in successful Project Management of IT projects including scope and issue management and prioritisation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
