Job Description

The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for ensuring an efficient operation of the Hospitality rooms and associated areas, meeting the requirements of the client, company and customers and maximising the efficiency of all resources available.
key responsibilities as the Hospitality Manager consists of:
  • Ensure that effective quality of services is provided to the standard of the client, customers, and company
  • To ensure Licensing Laws are adhered to
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all hospitality areas and equipment
  • Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
  • Ensure that all policies and procedural requirements of both legislation and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
  • Develop events from proposal right up to delivery, including set, communicate and maintain project timelines and priorities
  • Ensure that administration is maintained to the highest standards on a consistent basis
  • Carry out any other reasonable requests of management
  • Ensure that the recruitment, selection and induction of the front of hospitality are to the standards of the company and the client
  • Ensure that Hospitality staff are clear as to their long- and short-term duties through schedules and team meetings
  • Ensure attendance of all relevant training and development courses for self and staff

Working Pattern
: 40 Hours, Mon- Fri

Skills and Experience

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Hospitality and Event Manager include: Experience as an event manager, skilled in project management and event planner, leadership skills, delegation, achievement oriented, be able to focus on staff development.
The applicant will need to be able to drive our company vehicle and have a full UK driving licence

Benefits

As part of your package, we are offering a salary of up to £29,000 per annum.
