About the role:

We have an opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Recruiting Operations team. You'll look after our well-established but rapidly-growing EMEA business, partnering with stakeholders across our Sales, Engineering and Corporate teams. In this role, you will:

  • Creating positions in Greenhouse for the recruitment process to begin.
  • Manage an efficient coordination process for candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling virtual and onsite interviews through Greenhouse and ensuring candidates have an amazing experience
  • Assist recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the life cycle of the hiring process including posting jobs, maintaining candidate status within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and hiring/closing jobs
  • Assisting with offers, creating and sending employment agreements
  • Work cross functionally with different departments e.g. Recruiting Operations, People Operations, Global Mobility, Legal etc. to liaise back end coordination for hiring
  • Represent Samsara along with other Recruiting colleagues at internal/external recruiting events
  • Work using systematic processes and systems e.g. Greenhouse, Prelude, Workday and Envoy
  • Be a point of contact for candidates to timely and accurately answer questions and provide information regarding the hiring process
  • Assisting and participating in recruitment operations projects
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Experience of coordinating interviews and working with recruiters within a fast-paced environment
  • Having high attention to detail is key
  • Familiarity with organisational tools like Asana is a big plus
  • A proactive approach to highlighting any blockers or challenges
  • Have outstanding self-management, interpersonal, organisational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • You embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity
