What you’ll do

• Greet all guests with a warm welcome;
• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests;
• Ensure rates match market codes;
• Clear departures in Opera PMS;
• Operate telephone switchboard station;
• Run and check daily reports;
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (transportation, reservations, etc.);
• Provide local area knowledge;
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve guest requests or problems;
• Report all accidents, incidents and emergencies that occur on the site.

• Previous experience working with Opera PMS

Shift Patterns

Associates rotate between two different shift patterns, Mon-Sun

6:45am to 3:15pm

2:45pm to 11:15pm

This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
