- Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup style, language and expertise in product knowledge
- Be the ultimate Omni Channel Brand Ambassador. Leading by example and being fluid and flexible across all Magic Office Functions
- Educating colleagues on the relationship between Art and Commerce with a 360 Omni channel approach
- Leads and Inspire as the ultimate brand ambassador through awareness of your image and impact demonstrating the brand values and always looking the part.
- Always demonstrate a positive mindset and lead from the front finding and manifesting solutions to omni-challenges
- Be agile and organised with diary changes maintaining a positive and cooperative approach. Demonstrate a high standard of time keeping at all times through effective organisation, working at pace, efficiently and thrives under pressure delivering quality in a good time.
- Be a social advocate through strategic and creative organic content on your personal social channels. Driving commercial priorities to CT.com, our retail partners and our Ecomm partners (such as pure play) Always use the correct hash tags, new customer codes, shoppable links any new social tools introduced by the brand
- Support your peers, our Team Tilbury Family by reposting social content on your own channel and re posting Charlottes posts
- Continued evolution embedding Social into all projects supporting our Brand Social Strategy
- Work closely with our Retail Teams to drive week on week social successes, embedding our social strategy through Team Tilbury engagement to generate consistent social growth, sharing weekly with our Lead management team
- Be adaptable in your approach to learning new systems and be able to confidently navigate through changes
- Display Confidence; demonstrating brand passion and confidence on camera with everything you do
Artistry and Development
- Embedding Artistry excellence within our retail teams by working collaboratively with the Education team to drive industry-leading standards.
- Support store teams with Artistry by coaching/mentoring other artists and sharing Charlotte Beauty secrets.
- Actively Talent spot across our retail teams to ensure we maximise opportunities for Artistry progression within Team Tilbury
- Support Retail and Virtual Services teams with artistry progression pathways across the brand, ensuring that all artistry levels can perfect their craft and elevate their artistry capability to develop their career within Charlotte Tilbury Beauty
- Actively drive personal artistry progression, keeping up to date with the latest on brand and competitor trends. Keeping artist training ‘fresh’ relating back to the 10 looks inspirations, but developing artists with these brand trends and latest techniques (where appropriate digitally or in store)
- Role model and advocate exceptional hygiene standards with all artists and ensuring you are following the latest guidelines externally and within store.
- Conduct artistry skill checks for Senior Lead Artist, Lead Artists and other roles within the family
- Attend private VIP appointments as directed by the Pro Artist Manager
- Assist with photoshoots and backstage events when required
Commercial Success
- Coaching and teaching Charlotte’s philosophies as if they are your own, understanding the motivation and story behind each product and its unique discovery and benefits in transforming someone to be the best version of themselves
- Deliver industry leading Platinum events physically and digitally, which build brand awareness, create magical experiences for customers and provide limitless ROI by unlocking further commercial sales
- Demonstrate entrepreneurship, identifying limitless and creative opportunities from observations digitally and within store visits to drive commercial sales and ensure we are the #1 leading brand for innovation with events
- Drive slow selling lines through organic content , Strategic event product pushes and social activations
- Work closely with our retail team embedding our Eventing strategy, driving profitable events to ensure as a team we deliver the UK sales target for Eventing quarterly.
- Share weekly eventing results and highlights with our lead management team celebrating Pro and Team Tilbury successes
- Drive brand awareness by seizing in the moment opportunities LBE and showing our teams how to create beautiful Organic Content and Tilbury Theatre to recruit new customers
- Support the Product Development Team in product research, development and artistry testing Maintain high standard of time keeping (when required)
- Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the store retail operations team
- Always lead from the from the front by delivering Expert Magic Service in store, going above and beyond in all services and being a key brand beauty expert. Proactively spot opportunities to drive rebooks of virtual and instore experiences
