- Be a key part of the Global Delivery Excellence team in driving a successful global roll-out of Deloitte’s new and proprietary business process modelling tool – Enterprise Consciousness (EC)

Learn about Deloitte’s new and proprietary Ascend delivery platform, which integrates across many of Deloitte’s standard delivery tools, including Enterprise Consciousness (EC)

Engage with the EMEA network by serving as the Global CMT point of contact for our implementation approaches and tools in the region.

Act as a SME as requested to support key proposals during the sales cycle to showcase Deloitte´s M&T capabilities.

Deliver coaching services to key proposals and engagements during the opportunity and delivery lifecycle as needed, working together with other global coaches and/or with the local Methods & Tools (M&T) teams across EMEA.

Advise and enable the member firms’ M&T teams via training; to continuously evolve their project coaching, training, and delivery capabilities.

Collect feedback on implementation approaches and tools from the member firms coaches and/or users and share it with the applicable development teams.

Prepare M&T status and adoption reports at the regional level as needed

Significant experience driving global technology deployment efforts

Strong in Project Management concepts

Strong in Agile concepts

Knowledge of Business Process theory [e.g., Business Process Architecture (BPA), levels of process decomposition and other concepts like E2E (End to End) process modelling]

Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Modelling with any tool like IP4, IP5, Visio, etc.

Knowledge and understanding of project scoping and estimation for large enterprise transformation technology projects

Experience in large scale project planning and delivery using a waterfall, agile or combined implementation approaches

Strong networking, facilitation, coaching and organization skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and global stakeholders

Ability to multitask with competing priorities

Ability to think creatively and work effectively with leadership

Ability to flex work schedule to meet global demands and work with virtual teams

Clear written and verbal communications in English

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm.
