Our first strength is Make-up, led by NARS, the No 8 brand in the UK market with incredible success globally.
Skincare is a key priority for expansion, with Shiseido having huge growth potential in UK&I, and also the spectacular launch of Clé de Peau Beauté in Harrods and H-Beauty. Drunk Elephant joined our portfolio at the beginning of 2021 bringing its unique tone of voice together with its amazing formulations. In 2023 we are planning to launch ULE a newly created Skincare brand with breakthrough credentials around Sustainability, as well as expanding Gallinée, our most recent acquisition from 2022 and specialized around skin microbiome.
We are also growing fast in Fragrance with brands such as Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Tory Burch, Zadig&Voltaire and Serge Lutens.
Our clients include high-street retailers such as department stores, drugstores & chains as well as online pure players and specialty stores. We also have 4 boutiques and 3 direct e-commerce websites.

ORGANISATION

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities
- Support the HR Coordinator with the coordination of the HR shared service function, understanding the needs of the business to answer queries and escalate to the relevant person
- Accountable for the administration and accuracy of Mirai and resolve any queries working closely with the EMEA team
- Manage the day to day correspondence of the HR Inboxes
- Responsible for Retail EDFs & Contracts
- Maintain all trackers are kept up to date
- Support with the administration of company benefits across Retail & Corporate
- Work with the HR Coordinator to process all Corporate EDFs and variations to Contracts
- Assist with the Onboarding and HR process for all new joiners including all Right to Work documents for new ers and track visa requirements
- Work alongside hiring managers to deliver corporate new er induction plans
- Partner with the HR Coordinator for all Intern recruitment
- Support HR Coordinator with Retail recruitment where required whilst coordinating Retail vacancy lists to share with ASEMs and Retail teams
- Support with adhoc recruitment projects or activities to promote Shiseido as an employer of choice.
- Drive maternity process administration for all employees Retail & Corporate teams
- Ensure the timely processing of POs
- Ensure all system data is correct to meet monthly payroll upload deadlines
- Assist with the collation of monthly HR Reports
- Support with L&D administration including emails, booking meeting rooms and liaising with external suppliers
- Support the wider HR team with any additional ad hoc projects and any other duties
PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A passion for Human Resources
- Administrative experience essential, preferably in HR and a Retail business
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to converse and liaise at all levels
- Proactive and can-do attitude, be able to work on own initiative and demonstrate tenacity
- Able to handle sensitive information in a professional and confident manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office skills particularly Word and Excel
- Exceptional organisation & planning skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task across duties and projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
