Location: Chiswick - We operate a hybrid working approach which allows you to manage your time between home and office. In practice, you will be required to be present in the office for a minimum of 2 days a week.

We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, ‘conviviality’ and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.
Your new team
This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.
The Chivas brand team is responsible for the strategy and the development of core packaging and marketing assets for the Chivas Regal whisky brand across the globe. The brand is currently the world’s number two super premium whisky brand; with strong ambitions to grow fast by recruiting a new generation of consumers.
Your unique contribution
You will have 4 main areas of responsibility:

Management of internal administration procedures to keep critical work processes running smoothly.

Organise the diary of the Marketing Director and the team meeting schedules to help manage workflows and the sharing of key information.

Help keep the team well managed, motivated and informed by sharing relevant information, liaising with other internal and external partners and structuring inductions for new starters.

Travel Manager. This role will also be the go-to person for any Chivas travel matters, from policy, reporting, booking to reconciling expenses. You will ensure compliance with any travel safety requirements and travel policy as specified at local and Group level. You will be the Travel Module administrator and troubleshoot user issues between IT and the booking system.
Who you’ll be working with
Internally, you’ll work with our markets, other marketing and production teams in Scotland and Chiswick. Externally, your contacts will be agencies.
