Most assignments will require teamwork, though a few will be entirely your responsibility.

  • Execution of technical work and client deliverables

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience preparing CEQA and NEPA documents, and associated impact analysis, including Initial Studies and Environmental Assessments
  • Knowledge of California and federal resource agency permit requirements, including NMFS, USFWS, CDFW, USACE, and California natural resource and clean water act and coastal zone permitting agencies and RWQCB/SWRCB
  • Experience and/or Interest in learning other aspects of environmental consulting including risk assessment, risk communication, and more
  • Ability to successfully manage all aspects of medium-to-large-sized projects, encompassing the development of proposals, including the development of scope of work/technical approach, budget, and schedule
  • 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience in the technical field
  • Ability to provide quality control of self-produced work products
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Experience with MS Office software suite
