As part of the application process, you will be asked to provide a CV, which should cover your career history (up to your last 3 job roles in 300 words) and your Qualifications (250 words). This is for information only and will not be scored. You will also be asked to prepare a Personal Statement, outlining why you are the ideal candidate for the role (500 words).
Applicants should write a 500 word statement of suitability demonstrating essential skills listed in the person specification section.
You will be asked to provide examples up to 250 words each, on the two Behaviours listed above.
In the event of a large number of applications, an initial sift may be completed against the lead behaviour - Delivering at Pace. If your application progresses to a full sift; the remaining Behaviour and your Personal Statement on your application will be assessed. We reserve the right to raise the pass mark, to manage the number of successful candidates to be interviewed.
Candidates successful at sift will be invited to the next stage, which will consist of a blended interview, where your Behaviours and Strengths will be assessed.
In the event of tied scores, the merit order will be determined on the overall score, then the scores of each strength in the order listed.
