Job Description

We are excited to be seeking an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist in Aseptic Services & Radiopharmacy to join our team.

This a unique role with 0.8 WTE spent supporting Aseptic Services as Deputy Accountable Pharmacist in a section 10 unit providing a range of products including neonatal and adult parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies and clinical trials, alongside 0.2 WTE supporting Radiopharmacy

If you are an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic pharmacist currently working with Aseptic Services who would keen to take the next step in their career development we would love to hear from you.

This post provides an opportunity for the post holder to enjoy comprehensive training and to further develop their skills in all aspects of aseptic services and radiopharmacy and to be a key part of the pharmacy team as the department moves to new Aseptic facilities.

Depending on the stage of your career, a diploma, PTQA or independent prescribing qualification will be funded. Practice research is also encouraged.

This post will attract a Recruitment & Retention Premia (RRP) totalling £5,000, payable upon appointment, (covering 36 months of service) in addition to a relocation allowance (subject to eligibility). The RRP payment is pro rata for part time employees.
