Qualifications GCSE’s Grade C and above in Maths and Application CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent experience Application
(Academic, Professional English or equivalent acquired through patient administration
& Vocational) Experience and training to Vocational Level 3 European Computer driving or equivalent Licence

Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology

Previous Experience Experience of working in a customer care
(Nature & Level) environment OR Application and Experience of working in a reception area Application
Experience of working in an office Interview Knowledge or experience of NHS working and Interview environment
