JPMorgan Chase's (JPMC) Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO) Program is a function within Global Supplier Services, responsible for developing, deploying and overseeing the framework that drives the effective use of suppliers to accomplish strategic goals. The CTPO Program covers oversight for both external Third-Party suppliers (TPO) and internal Intra-Affiliate (IAO) services. The CTPO Program is responsible for building Program awareness across the firm and ensuring consistency globally across all Lines of Business (LOBs) and Corporate Functions (CFs) including the understanding of outsourcing regulatory requirements and periodic updates to regulators on the CTPO Program.

Role:

Communications and Knowledge Management (KM) is a vital component in the CTPO organization’s success as it supports the Program’s tactical and strategic goals in how Program information is created, organized, disseminated, accessed and maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for design and oversight of the Program’s KM framework including the overall governance, technical tools and resources and communication plan. You will develop Program presentation materials for external (regulators) and internal stakeholders, improve and keep existing materials current and relevant, draft department wide communications, improve processes through the documentation of current and proposed workflow designs, and provide support for high-profile initiatives. The ability to clearly articulate objectives and ‘tell the story’ through verbal and written communications is essential.

The successful candidate has a successful track record in working with global stakeholders across the organization, performing analysis, pulling information together and articulating a story in clear and concise narrative/executive messaging and designing visually appealing materials. This requires the ability to quickly understand the subject matter, articulate the subject matter by transforming ideas and concepts into storyboard presentations. The candidate must possess superior attention to detail, the ability to discern the appropriate level of information to effectively distill, challenge and influence messaging, and deliver insightful analysis appropriate for senior level audiences. This role may also support stakeholder engagement in the LATAM region, including presenting at forums, project/program management support and general program governance inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the CTPO Program’s Knowledge Management framework, which oversees the creation, maintenance, archival, and metadata tagging of CTPO’s key stakeholder materials and the overall strategic roadmap.
  • Use PitchPro to develop the Program’s executive and regulatory presentation materials under tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail
  • Aggregate and analyze large data sets
  • Use SharePoint, MS Teams and Confluence to create searchable knowledge bases to improve access to information.
  • Develop and implement a stakeholder communication plan
  • Supports and lead strategic projects/programs centered on developing, collating, updating and organizing Program content.
  • Promote the use of knowledge management tools and resources, processes and protocols to facilitate sharing of knowledge across the regional CTPO teams.
  • Build and drive the culture of knowledge sharing. Create and review KPIs for adoption and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve workflow and procedures as the organization scales. Leverage stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Be the subject matter expert in material and content creation, promoting a consistent brand for the Program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related disciplines.
  • Bilingual- fluent in Spanish highly desired
  • 5-7 years experience in implementing KM strategies and programs in a large, global financial organization.
  • Proven experience influencing senior leadership as well as framing discussions through clear and articulate verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to convert high level and complex concepts into simplified visualizations and tangible presentation materials
  • Self-starter, quick learner with exceptional attention to detail and quality results
  • Must have the ability to create and maintain SharePoint, Confluence and MS Team sites

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced PowerPoint (Pitch Pro+), Tableau, Confluence
  • SharePoint skills. HTML, CSS, JavaScript desired
  • Proficient in Confluence and all MS applications including Teams and Excel.
