The role:
Are you a creative innovator? Do you have solid experience with content strategy, CRM and/or marketing automation? Can you see yourself defining world-class customer experiences and campaign architectures across the customer lifecycle for some of the world's leading brands? NOTE: We are seeking talent local to Austin, TX and are open to considering paid relocation to Austin for qualified candidates in the U.S. who would bring solid CRM experience. Please do not apply if the Austin location is not doable for you.
What will your day look like?
As a Producer, you will be part of the Experience Design & Communications Team, working on projects for global clients, gaining a thorough insight into their businesses. You will define customer journeys, trigger programs and experiences in all shapes and sizes with tasks that include:
- Identifying gaps and opportunities throughout the customer journey and define how to fill/leverage them.
- Defining cross-channel campaign architectures for both automated and calendar driven campaigns.
- Producing content across all platforms,
- Bidding and managing various budget levels, creating timelines and sourcing new vendors
- Working closely with creatives and UX designers to make your strategies come to life.
- Working closely with our Data Scientists to define triggers and experimentation frameworks.
- Providing ongoing optimization recommendations by leveraging consumer insights.

You will join a tight-knit team where Producers work side-by-side with creatives, UX Designers, Project Managers, Data Scientists and Developers. You will get plenty of opportunity to apply your expertise and experience while further developing your professional skillset. The working climate is geared towards letting great minds produce brilliant work.
An important part of being an employee of Wunderman Thompson MAP is also to be a culture bearer; someone who enjoys being surrounded by amazing colleagues. While we do have flexibility as needed to allow for working from home, we are building a team that can work on-site (in either Austin, TX or Toronto, Canada) most of your time. This is particularly of value to us in the first 3-6 months of your employment, as we will be flying in team members from MAP in Copenhagen to help establish our first presence in the U.S./North America. This means you will be a vital piece of our new office!
What do you bring to the table?
The ideal candidate will be versed in CRM, loyalty, marketing automation, and omni-channel strategy. You can work on both a strategic and tactical level based on client needs, and always focus on how to deliver the best solutions. In short, you are ambitious with your strategic thinking and realistic in your approach to execution. In addition, you will ideally have:
- Minimum 5 years of CRM/planning/marketing automation experience from an agency or client-side
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or HubSpot (or similar)
- A relevant degree from university, advertising school or similar
- Excellent writing and communication skills
