We are looking for someone like YOU - an expert in social media to help grow our brand and attract even more incredible people like you to join our team.

We are looking for a passionate, can-do, go getter to join our Marketing team as a Social Media MarCom Manager. Help guide the strategy and day-to-day activities for the company’s social media platforms on a global scale. Your work is a critical part of the company’s broader employee branding and global communications program.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience level: 3-5 years proven experience
  • Experience with several Leading Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Medium, Reddit. Working knowledge about how each platform can be effective in different scenarios to achieve diverse outcomes is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences
  • Proactive thinker who develops insights from data, bringing creative vision and new ideas.
  • Must be a Content Creator: Experience in graphic design, copywriting, videography and supportive tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, Animoto, Biteable or similar.Expertise in setting up, optimizing, budgeting, and scaling paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with setting up, optimizing, budgeting, and scaling paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Sound knowledge and experience with social media publishing, listening, and amplification tools key tools such as Facebook Business, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Meltwater or similar
  • Manage employer branding profiles on sites such as Glassdoor and BuiltinAustin.
  • Determination to think critically, question your assumptions, and learn from others
  • Detail-oriented approach and commitment to excellence across even the smallest tasks
  • Ability to digest and share social insights, rooted in data, with key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

As SciPlay’s Social Media MarCom Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global social media growth strategy. You will collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms – from executives’ thought leadership and corporate programs, to culture, marketing, events, internal comms and more. You should have a solid understanding of the social media world – new and leading platforms, growth strategies, measurement. A team-oriented and positive attitude is a must.

Reporting to the Director of Global Comms, the Social Media MarCom Manager will optimize our brand by creating engaging content, devising strategic plans and creative campaigns and analyze performance metrics.


As a Social Media MarCom Manager at SciPlay your Essential Job Functions/Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Strategy Development: Responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Content Creation: Curate engaging social content and tactics on topics spanning thought leadership, news, events, employer branding/recruitment, and partner relations stories across all SciPlay’s social channels. Content includes text, images, video and is relevant, on-brand and optimized for each platform to maximize audience reach and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Collect, analyze and report on social media metrics including engagement and reach. Make informed decisions about whats working well and where course-correction is needed. SciPlay welcomes new strategies, content and programs to evolve and improve our social marketing efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Global Comms and Culture to align social media efforts and develop, implement and manage the SciPlay brand. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Community Management: Responsible for monitoring and responding to comments, queries or requests that come in through our social channels. The Social Media Manager will instinctively pull in the right parties as needed to address any questions/needs.
  • Leverage the right tools to manage content.
  • Define KPIs.
  • Implement and maintain an organized content calendar, establish cadence and ensure a coordinated posting strategy across all channels
  • Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, best practices and emerging tech in social media marketing.
  • Update and manage employer branding pages including BuiltinAustin, Glassdoor,
  • Work with Global Comms to create and document global social media policies, including best practices, social playbooks, training materials and how-tos for social and community management.
