ASSISTANT TICKET OFFICE MANAGER | FULL-TIME | FOX THEATRE

Department: Ticketing
Days/Hours: Variable schedule including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours as necessary for show or department schedule
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Ticket Officer Manager.

The Assistant Ticket Officer Manager ensures successful operations of the Fox Theatre Ticket Office by providing administrative and technical support, which includes proactive and timely customer relations that align with the Fox Theatre brand.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manages the ticket inventory, including creating show builds according to promoter specifications, building ticket offers and discounts, managing inventory, setting up pre-sales, on-sales, and fan club offers, and providing reports as needed;
  • Analyze and create financial reports in all ticketing systems, including reporting statistics, event statements, daily recaps, event settlements, and customer data;
  • Maintain and support all ticketing system users in sales and reporting tools;
  • Log and report all guest service communications and ADA requests in the CRM System;
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure that internal and external guest ticketing needs are being met and exceeded;
  • Serve as liaison for guests with disabilities regarding ticket purchases and access to ticket distribution systems;
  • In the absence of the Ticket Office Management, manage the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office, including the Ticket Office personnel;
  • Other duties as directed.

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a ticketing environment;
  • Must have experience conducting financial reconciliations, statements, and reporting;
  • Must have extensive experience working with ticketing software (preferably Paciolan) and Microsoft Office Products;
  • Must have experience working in an environment where customer service is a priority;
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times;
  • Must have demonstrated competencies in oral and written communications, customer service, and business ethics.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Should be able to remain stationary for long periods;
  • Should be able to traverse the venue, including moving between floors;
  • Occasionally required to stoop or lift light materials or equipment.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed;
  • Successful applicants must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check.

About the Marquee Club Presented by Lexus
The Marquee Club Presented by Lexus is the Fox Theatre’s premium club space open to Club Level seat holders or annual Members only. Adjacent to the theatre, the Moroccan and Middle Eastern-style club is 10,000 square feet of luxury space that includes five premium bars; three rooftop environments, including the climate-controlled Conservatory, patio covered Arcade Terrace and the outdoor Rooftop Terrace. Open only during public events at the Fox Theatre, the Marquee Club offers a premium pre-show through post-show experience with benefits including early entry, private restrooms, 2 alcoholic beverages per event, pre-show food, onsite activations during select events, and more. Additional amenities include priority pre-sale ticketing notifications, concierge guest services and self-parking access to an adjacent lot for some membership levels.
