Team Summary

The Strategic Growth Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support the priority initiatives for the Private Bank. Job Summary

The Strategic Growth Marketing Vice President will report to the Head of Strategic Growth Marketing. In this role, you will build and execute integrated marketing strategies to support our Private Bank focus areas, including Family Office, Diverse Wealth Initiatives and Passions & Pursuits, with the goal of acquiring new clients and deepening existing client relationships.

You will work closely with Business Intelligence team to size and scope opportunities to target our audience and to predict those likely to respond to outreach and messaging based on predictive analytics. You will also have the opportunity to partner with our marketing centers of excellence on content and digital strategies. This is a partnership role with a high priority on effective communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • This is a key strategic role that requires a combination of analytical, entrepreneurial and relationship building skills and a track record of strength in working with cross-functional teams
  • Work with Business Intelligence to analyze a data driven strategy that will help acquire new clients and deepen relationships with current clients
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Sense of urgency and strong follow up skills are expected
  • Develop strong partnerships with colleagues in other areas of Global Marketing (Brand and Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, Events) and cross-lines of business for effective partnerships
  • Manage marketing channels: Email, media, sponsorships, digital, social media and direct mail
  • Execute project strategy for Global Private Bank specialty areas and vertical segments including: Family Office, Large Client Strategy, Diverse Wealth Initiatives, Passions and Pursuits, and Women and Wealth

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • BA or BS degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, and a demonstrated track record of success and increased responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience leading market strategies including execution of tactics in a business-to-business marketing environment.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and capacity to connect the dots, synthesize complex information gathered from different sources and achieve results under deadlines
  • Solid writing/editorial skills and prior experience delivering impactful marketing tactics for print and digital channels
  • Strong governance process and ability to learn and manage policies, procedures and processes
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
