ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for the right person to help us significantly expand our marketing efforts and help us move our brand to the next level.

We are looking for someone to join our team in the following capacity:
Project and Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement marketing strategy ensuring timely execution and successful delivery of marketing initiatives
- Create promotional schedule, plan and execute campaigns throughout the year
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align strategie
- Ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives in alignment with company goals and sales metrics
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, customer preferences, and new marketing opportunities
Content Creation:
- Create marketing content including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, emails, website and landing page content adhering to brand guidelines and messaging
Marketing Material Management and Coordination:
- Collaborate with designers, editors and other production members to ensure the timely creation and delivery or marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures and sales support materials, as well as downloadable assets and educational course materials, and other graphics and videos, as needed
- Manage and grow media and content library, repurposing our materials and assets as well as mining/curating external materials for cross-posting to foster engagement and increase traffic.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage Ontraport platform, including creating/editing landing pages, automations, sales funnels, marketing campaigns, as well as grow our membership course site.
- Manage, maintain and update Wordpress site
- Manage and grow social media presence
- SEO optimization
PR:
- Coordinate with news agencies to strategically expand our brand into new markets

THE REQUIREMENTS:
Marketing Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, coordination and execution
Project Management Skills:
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously while remaining flexible and keeping your eye on the big picture
Communication and Collaboration:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
- Willingness to be creative and adaptable along with high levels of honesty, integrity and tactfulness
Mindset:
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently with excitement to drive the project and the team forward
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, always on the lookout for ways to improve the situation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

LOCATION:
- We are located on Broadway in beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs NY.
- Ideally, this position is a mix of onsite and remote work, however we are flexible and offer excellent work/life balance.
