Minimum Qualifications

• 
  Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent or 1 year of manufacturing experience

• Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights- including weekends

• Ability to work overtime as necessary

• Background in a manufacturing environment or technical background with electrical- mechanical or automation experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Currently under plant expansion to add 7th production line.

• Plant runs 24 hours a day / 7 days per week. This continuous process is supported by four shift teams with over 200 employees.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• 
  Operate and maintain equipment in the area in a safe and efficient manner

• Read- follow and update Job Task Analysis (JTAs) for work area

• Perform quality checks as required

• Ensure proper raw or packaging components are used based on product requirements

• Actively participate in the facility’s safety compliance program

• Troubleshoots and resolves breakdowns

• Sustains responsibility for preventative maintenance and sanitation in work area

• Ensures efficient operation of equipment

• Communicate with co-workers effectively to ensure minimum interruptions in production

• Responsible to follow FSQ requirements such as GMPs and other daily/job specific duties to support QRMP
