Tickhill Engineering Co Ltd (Haith) are world leaders in manufacturing machinery for handling root crops such as potatoes, carrots, onions, swedes, red beet and many other vegetables. The company specializes in Grading, Washing, Polishing, Bulk Handling, Weighing, Pre-Packing Lines and Water Treatment Systems, using the latest computer aided design and production technology at its Head Office and manufacturing site in Armthorpe, Doncaster, UK.

Job Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our sales team as a Sales, Marketing and Social Media Admin.
Being a member of the Haith Sales Team, you will help us to build upon our strong foundations to maintain and progress our enviable position in the worldwide market.
This role will be key to the sales operation and focused on developing marketing activities.
Although the position will be predominantly based in our office in Armthorpe, you may be required to visit customers sites and attend trade shows if required.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and results oriented and possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Including but not limited to:
- Creating and scheduling regular social media content, across all platforms
- Using Mailchimp (or other) to send out marketing emails
- Assisting in the development of sales and marketing materials
- Designing & updating sales literature & Powerpoint presentations
- Helping to keep the Haith websites updated with fresh content
- Producing internal newsletters
- Assisting in planning for events and exhibitions
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as required
- Assisting with general quotes as required
- Answering incoming calls to the sales department
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or a recent graduate with a relevant degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Flawless written English
- A great eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a social media role or a recent graduate with a relevant degree
- Extensive understanding of multiple social media channels
- Genuine passion for social media and the opportunities offered by social media platforms
- Proven track record of success in growing followers and engagement on social media platforms
- Experience with briefing and reviewing creative assets, including videography and graphics
- Outstanding organisational ability and project management skills
- Experience in using social media monitoring tools
Hours of work: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday; 08:00 - 16:30 on Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doncaster, DN3 3EE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
