The Job Role
-
Generalist HR Administrative duties inclusive of onboarding new employees, processing leavers, management of talent pipeline.

Support managers with grievances and disciplinaries, offering support ad guidance where needed

Project work as and when required which could include some things such as salary reviews.

To coach, mentor, and challenge HOD's to embed a culture of team effectiveness, promotion of our Ideals and fair and consistent people management.

Continuously ensure annual learning and development plans are in place that support the business objectives.
The Requirements
-
As HR Administrator you will be in a similar role or be working within a hospitality role whereby you take ownership of certain areas of HR within your business.

You are a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and make sound commercial decisions
-
Success in promoting effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs
-
Are comfortable with high volume workload and enjoy being involved in generalist HR practices.
