A fantastic opportunity exists within our Treasury Finance Team right now. You’ll work closely with Finance and Treasury, to ensure accurate provision of management and statutory reporting for the Group’s special purpose vehicles.

The Role in a nutshell…
- Producing timely and accurate management accounts for securitisation special purpose vehicles, including preparation of monthly ‘Control files’, preparation and posting of journals, completion of reconciliations
- Where appropriate, supporting the CB PLC and VMUK PLC securitisation reporting
- Working closely with Structured Funding Treasury team to review mid-month distribution files
- Producing IFRS compliant statutory accounts for special purpose vehicles
- Liaising with external and internal auditors in relation to statutory accounts
- Investigating ad hoc queries and helping to assist broader Management Reporting project goals
There are a few essentials you need to bring…
- ICAS or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
- IFRS accounting knowledge
- Knowledge and experience of the design and operation of internal controls in financial services organisations
- Experience in management reporting and journal posting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate data issues
The following would be brilliant...but not essential…
- Financial / Treasury product knowledge
- Experience preparing statutory accounts and liaising with auditors
- Experience in source system booking models and system investigation
