Job Description
One of the most creative agencies in London are looking for a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to work in this pivotal FOH role. The position would suit someone who has had previous experience as a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant and is looking for a new challenge to broaden their skills. Someone who is enthusiastic, has positive energy and has a real desire to work in a fast moving and exciting agency.
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Being the front of house and welcoming guests
- Acting as reliable gatekeeper and relaying messages
- Performing Reception and general assistant duties
- Booking taxis, couriers, making other travel arrangements as/when needed
- Looking after meeting rooms and make sure they are presentable at all times
- Managing a team of runners and their expenses
- Driving a positive, healthy and social culture within the dept and wider agency
- Experience working within facilities or customer facing role desirable
- An understanding of post production and advertising would be preferred
- Excellent time management skills & multi-tasking abilities
- IT literate - comfortable using systems, including IT ticketing systems
- Ability to adapt to new working methods & practice technology advances
- Form good working relations across the board
- Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines
- A clear understanding/appreciation of the meaning of customer care/service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,149.75-£25,276.98 per year
