Shift: 5 days out of 7, working anytime between 0630 to 2100 on a rota
Salary: £38,750 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a Portering Facilities Services Manager to support our Facilities team on the front line at the William Harvey Hospital.
The Facilities Services Manager has day to day operational responsibility as the main interface and point of contact for our Portering, Waste, Post room & Reception/Security services on site.
The role holder must have a hands on approach when needed but the main responsibilities include managing a large team of staff and team leaders on a 24/7 service to ensure that patients, materials and equipment are safely and appropriately transferred around the hospital to the standards required by East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust, managing customer expectations.
Ensuring visitors are greeted at reception in a friendly and efficient way. The Facilities Services Manager will provide feedback on all services within their scope in relation to their performance and service levels. Producing monthly reports on volume and escalating failures to meet key KPIs.
