We are looking for a Communications Assistant to join our central communications team and play an active role in transforming our staff engagement and both our internal and external communications activities.

You’ll be joining a team that aims to do our best for our staff and patients and take pride in what we do while having fun, working collaboratively, and creating opportunities for growth and development. We’ll provide the opportunity for you to gain new skills and experience by getting involved in projects, campaigns, and events.

Just as we care about our patients’ wellbeing, we care about yours!

We can offer you:

As an NHS trust,we are committed to equal opportunities and ensuring equality and diversity in the workplace.

We have a number of staff networks: Disability and Wellbeing Network (DAWN), Race Equality Network and the Rainbow Network which supports LGBT+ staff. Each network has a champion who is an executive director at the Trust and they hold regular meetings to discuss issues and make plans to improve CLCH.
