Job Description
We have the ideal opportunity for an highly organised administrator to join our Legal services team.
As the legal services administrator you will support with providing sufficient administrative support to the Legal services team, this will include assisting with collating information in relation new claims and inquest; inputting information into the Datix system and assisting with the coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
The role can be based at either of our Ipswich or Colchester sites and will involve a combination of home working.
- Assist with filing onto Datix from team member
- Opening new Claims and Inquests on the Datix system
- Downloading correspondence from DT
- Adding NHSR and external solicitors contacts details and reference
- Updating Datix with financial information from NHSR and external solicitor
- Disclosing complaints and incidents to external solicitors and NHS
- Assisting in locating missing records
