The Operations Coordinator, UKI and EMEA is an essential team member responsible for overseeing day to day operational and data related tasks across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and Middle East.
The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to: retail reporting; daily communication and coordination of various distribution center (DC) teams across multiple time zones and multiple DCs to ensure the smooth flow of orders, shipments and deliveries; responding to retailer and field team queries; partnering with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and enhance order fulfilment and delivery metrics; retailer master data management; and general office support.
The Operations Coordinator, UKI and EMEA will possess strong organizational capabilities, demonstrate exceptional communication skills and will have a knack for building collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines is imperative, as is a keen eye for detail. This position will report into the Director of Operations, UKI and EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Communicate daily with Operations teams in the global DC in Los Angeles, and local DCs, to ensure the smooth flow of orders and deliveries from the point of receiving an order to the point of delivery
- Develop and maintain retail reporting documents across the region, ensuring the business has robust and reliable retail sales data at group, door, area, category, franchise and product line level
- Monitor sales and sell in vs sell out on new launch lines, identifying risks and replenishment opportunities
- Proactively problem solve and respond to day to day queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and improve order fulfilment, DC inventory availability, and in-store availability
- Participate in regular meetings with internal and external partners ensuring the smooth running of the Operations department and enhancing its impact on the overall business
- Investigate and process retailer delivery claims and instore customer returns
- Develop and update operational documents and handbooks used by field teams
- Contribute to the inventory management in local DCs
- Communicate weekly inventory availability updates to internal and external stakeholders, with strong follow up to ensure retail partners place sufficient orders on back in stock lines
- In conjunction with commercial teams, oversee the new launch order, shipment and delivery processes with global demand planning team, global and local DC teams, retail partners, and delivery partners
- Oversee quarterly team product allocation orders and shipments
- General office support to the sales and operations teams

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced in effectively interfacing with people at all levels within cross-functional teams
- A working knowledge of the principles of inventory management and replenishment
- Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-driven solution seeker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and high degree of collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of ERP software systems, preferably NetSuite
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to travel within the regions as needed
