We're looking for two exceptional Graduates to join us this September 2023 for a unique and exciting opportunity. As a part of our Graduate Development Programme for Operations (Production) you will gain experience within various areas of our Group including Landscaping and Building Products, Aggregates (Marine and Land based) and Ready-Mixed Concrete.
Based within our Manufacturing sites the successful candidate will ensure that the smooth production of our pathing solutions continues to the highest quality, looking at how processes can be improved and developed. You will also lead a team so fantastic interpersonal skills is essential in this leadership role.
You will have the opportunity to move around and work in different business units, experience a variety of projects and job roles to help you develop the skills and knowledge required to become a rounded professional and a key future leader in our Group. Our aim is to support you by giving you the tools, training and experiences to help develop your career with us.
You will be sponsored by a senior Business Leader and will receive further coaching and support from our Graduate Coordinator. This fully supported 'hands on' opportunity means that you can really make your mark in our Group.
You will be based in either Kent, the South East or Loughborough area for approximately six to nine months and will be expected to travel to other locations in England. This will ensure that you gain a full 360 degree understanding of our dynamic manufacturing and construction materials group.

- 2:2 or above degree qualification (achieved or expected)
