As our finance business partner you’ll be a pivotal bridge between finance and the UK & Africa sales teams, supporting the wider team remit to partner the Product and Marketing function where necessary. This means providing country specific support to Africa & UK and ensure strong collaboration and partnering with the Egypt Finance team.
You’ll help develop commercial business cases within the region ensuring initiatives deliver strong ROIs that support both organizational growth plans and margin improvement targets.

What you’ll do:
Support the regional team in delivering profit, revenue and strategic aims of Bupa Global.
Act as a business partner to the UK & Africa sales teams and support the wider team remit to partner the Product and Marketing function where necessary.
Provide country specific support to Africa & UK and ensure strong collaboration and partnering with the Egypt Finance team.
Help develop commercial business cases within the region ensuring initiatives deliver strong ROIs that support both organizational growth plans and margin improvement targets.
Influence and lead both finance and non finance stakeholders and develop strong working relationships across the organisation.
Drive reporting and analysis on monthly performance, including key sales results and P&L analysis. Investigating key variances to Plan, BEF, prior year and trend, and preparing insightful commentaries tailored to the audience as appropriate. Feeding in to monthly finance led BPC / ET packs and sales driven exec team packs as appropriate. Lead on the communication of results at sales teams meetings.
Providing inputs in to the Planning and Forecasting processes, including the annual operating plan, 3YP and monthly rolling BEF, and thoroughly reviewing and understanding the full sales / P&L outputs. Challenging the sales teams in order to deliver on growth targets. Preparing detailed commentaries to enable FP&A team to clearly understand the inputs in to the AOP.
What you’ll bring:
Fully or nearly qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience
Strong Commercial finance skills
Stakeholder and partnering experience
Must be able to interpret/analyse outputs and communicate to non finance personnel.
