Right now we are looking to find our next DUTY MANAGER in our F&B establishment, Ducie Street Warehouse!!
Your key responsibilities will be:
·To run floor shifts, open and close the venue.
·To drive sales, incentivise the team and ensure service standards are followed at all times.
·To maximise average spends by support appropriate training and communication systems in the department.
·To encourage & motivate staff in identify all sales opportunities through up-selling and cover conversions’ techniques.
·Support the management team for any F&B initiative happening in the property, including programming & events
·Support the management team in ensuring F&B systems are followed.
·To manage guest feedback and support junior staff with challenging situations.
·To work closely with the F&B manager to monitor stock movement, to ensure stock security and to adjust prices where necessary to ensure correct margins are met.
·To ensure that staff follows correct billing, PDQs and tills transaction.
·To support par stocks checklists of equipment and stationery that will help to maintain the smooth running of the department and necessary standards.
·To undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities.
·To comply with all policies and procedures as written in the staff handbook.
You must have have at least 2 years experience in a management position in F&B establishments.
