We are looking for an expert and talented brand marketeer with a passion for sports, a curiosity for our young consumer, and an ability to uncover stories that will encourage the next generation to move. A marketeer experienced in digital marketing and keen to reinvent the future of sport* and serve our members personally at scale. What will you work on


As a London Football Marketing Manager, the role will be a part of the London Brand Management function, reporting directly to the London Sports Performance Marketing Director. Core duties include:

  • Working in partnership with our biggest football assets (athletes, clubs and federations) to set marketing strategy rooted in consumer insight and future possibilities.
  • Build and implement seasonal marketing plans working with x-functional team
  • Develop storytelling which powers our membership marketing engine, driving consumers to become members, creating higher engagement with members and rewarding our most engaged members digitally and IRL with the magic that only Nike can bring to life.
  • Work closely with our Global and EMEA football teams to deliver key moments in the football calendar with our portfolio of assets in London and through our local channels.


Who will you work with


Work fluidly across the full London marketing team, as well as key partners like Sports Marketing, Comms and Team Sports. And work closely with the EMEA Football Marketing team across mens, women's, kids, as well as Football Brand management teams across the EMEA region.

The shape of the day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You therefore are collaborative, intuitive, and improve the efficiency of individual as well as collective thinking. You are open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with in order to apply coherent strategy and thinking that leads to new opportunities.

What you bring to Nike:


A successful candidate will be encouraged to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below crucial requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the proficiencies also outlined below.

Crucial requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing
  • A consistent record of building consumer insight-led marketing plans which enhance asset partnerships in new and exciting ways
  • Prior experience in digital marketing and working with a connected digital ecosystem and membership proposition
  • Shown experience owning and leading external relationships with individuals and organizations
  • Prior marketing experience in London and a proven understanding of the consumer, the city and Nike’s position within it
  • Prior experience working in the world of football

  • Direct Marketing knowledge/experience is preferred.
