As a Director of Quality Data, you will be responsible for the set-up, execution and maintenance of the quality data strategy in this rapidly evolving area at GSK. You will be championing quality data reuse, evaluating the needs of different communities of users, and helping ensure the distinct needs of the business are being met.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

Definition and delivery of Quality Data Programs that enable the capability to identify signals, trends and sets the foundation that will enable to move to a predictive modelling.

Production of required data, metrics for reporting purposes at enterprise and departmental level
-
Development of solutions to enhance the delivery of data, metrics and insights that ease the user burden and make these data more accessible and understandable.

Deliver business change programs related quality data and how it can be used across functions and departments
-
Lead development of new insights to gain more value from quality data – user groups, use cases,
- Engagement with System Governance to ensure access to information required to produce insights
-
Platform Development with IT to ensure systems and tools are meet the needs of the quality data team

Work across data domains to ensure access to required data, co-develop insights.

Progress novel uses for quality data in business operational activities.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Quality or Computer Science
-
7+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Quality Assurance
-
Experience working across multiple Good Clinical/Data/Manufacturing/Practices (GxPs) in a support role or execution role.

Experience developing and delivering solutions with Tech and Data Center of Excellence (CoE).
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Masters Degree in Science, Business, Quality or Computer Science

Advanced level of analytical skills

GSK offers a competitive compensation package inclusive of the following: Competitive base salary, annual bonus based on company performance, access to healthcare and wellbeing programs, retirement savings program, paid time off, and employee recognition programs which reward exceptional achievements. The salary range for this role is: $144,228 to $195,132
