It assists Marketing & Communications and the broader Business Development department with the design and implementation of marketing and communications materials relating to advertising, external campaigns, internal campaigns, events, newsletters, pursuits documents, social media, photography, film and video.

The role reports into the Design Advisor and contributes to the continued evolution of the brand's visual identity, keeping it fresh, contemporary and reflective of the growing firm. • Help to ensure that we bring our brand to life in terms of designing and producing content that is on brand, consistent, high quality and distinctive, to help what we do stand out.
  • Work with the marketing team (and wider BD Department) with the art-working of printed literature (brochures, flyers, adverts and display materials), digital content, reports & presentations and promotional items, all within the parameters of brand guidelines.
  • Help the Digital Design Advisor to further develop and expand the team's digital design capability, to include the creation of social media posts, online banners and adverts, interactive pdfs and graphics, animated PPTs and other types of animations etc, and the production of digital assets for use on the corporate website and the firm's intranet. Assist in the art direction of professional photographic and video shoots.
  • Assist in the management of the design and development of templates where required, and update pre-designed templates through to finished print-ready artwork.
  • Help the Pursuits team with branded documents and imagery to support bids, and with the creation of bespoke infographics, structure charts, presentations and placemats.
  • Alongside the Marketing Executive and/or Assistant, work with the international BD/Marketing Leads, and the firm's Document Production team and secretarial community locally, to support the adoption and ongoing use of branded templates, e.g. in PowerPoint and Word. Assist in ensuring that standard design templates and tools are followed to deliver consistent branded materials internally and externally.

  • Excellent IT skills in the MS Office environment, including the ability to use Word and PowerPoint to a high level.
