Residential Property Sales (dealing with sellers and buyers)

Freelance/flexible remote working (freelance position working mobile within your preferred patch at your chosen and desired London location closest to where you live - areas within the NW & W regions mainly).

Lucrative rewards-pay (70% commission from day one, rising to 90% over time).

The Position/Role:

We’re looking for people who are attracted by the residential property market and would like to build an alternate career in real estate. Anyone who is interested in learning about the residential property industry and is fascinated by its earning potential. This role is for those who want to create a supplementary stream of income where they won’t have to commit to any fixed working hours. You will be working mobile across London but you will be allocated a dedicated exclusive patch close to your immediate preferred area. Just some of the day to day tasks involved includes;

· Arranging/booking in and conducting valuations - Sourcing and winning new business (we provide full training on this part beforehand).

· Conducting viewings and providing regular care calls to all clients by following up before and after each viewing.

· Demonstrating ideas and initiatives around the marketing strategy and assisting with outreach when necessary.

· Developing exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business through recommendations/referrals.

· Maximising profits and achieving all financial targets by being punctual, reliable, hard-working and motivated in generating more business.

· Influencing results through effective team working, action planning and delivery of the business plan (all training and tools on this will be supplied beforehand).

· Assisting with comparables, managing your daily diary, carrying out viewings, booking in surveys, helping with canvassing/touting and carrying out other administrative tasks (i.e, when offers are placed/accepted).

The Pay:

You will reap the rewards of an uncapped commission structure! An impressive 70% commission package with the potential to earn more than 70% commission (going upwards of 80% and potential to rise to even 90%) in this unique structure. Our average standard fee rate stands at £10,000 per sale/per transaction, therefore with just one sale per month you could take home nearly £120,000 per year and the best part of it is that you don’t even have to work on these deals as we manage all the transactions for you from start to finish.

It's simple, the more motivated you are and the more business you generate the more money you earn! Of course, we provide you with all the training and tools you need to excel with your work. Full training is provided on how to identify and source new business opportunities. Earn even more through referrals via our partnering agents, developers, investors, mortgage brokers, solicitors and other third parties on our direct panel.

Training:

All successful candidates will receive full training and support during the onboarding stage.

The Location:

Anywhere in London as we specialise in the London residential property market. You can work from home or at the beach as long as you are a great networker and can source and take on instructions the possibilities are endless. Our mobile working style allows you to work remotely from home or from any location of your choice (preferably NW or W London locations).

Who you will report to:

You will report to the regional sales director (RSD) who will train and develop you and assist and support you at all times. You are your own boss! and you working with us and not for us! the RSD is only there to support you in your role.

This is a self employed job and 100% of our operation is based in London.

As part of the role is to conduct viewings and to potentially reach out to prospective vendors alike, there will be an element of travelling involved. Therefore please note candidates applying MUST be either living in London, within easy reach of London or happy to commute to London (ideally not more than 45 mins away from North West London which is our core operating zone).
