When you design unconventional and smarter products, you need an unconventional and smarter supply chain. Our Global Supply Chain team works across Dyson, supporting our Research Design and Development (RDD) and our business categories. Whichever part of our business you’re supporting, you’ll be playing a vital role in strategic decision making, affecting the design of our machines and the growth ambitions of the business. Our Supply Chain comprises Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Planning and Aftersales.
Dyson’s Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme is a two-year programme providing two different tracks, Engineering and Operations. Under the Engineering track, you’ll have exciting opportunities to work in a variety of areas in Tooling, Manufacturing Process and Manufacturing Automation.
With rotations in three different Supply Chain areas across the Supply Chain function, you will be provided with the opportunity to build comprehensive knowledge of our Supply Chain functions in practice. The programme has been designed to develop the next generation of Supply Chain talents. Together with colleagues across the globe, you’ll innovate and push boundaries, improving our processes and creating a sustainable tomorrow.
Our graduate programme is designed to help you drive your career at Dyson with a two-year journey to help you grow both personally and professionally. We’ll help you to improve your knowledge and support your future career progression with workshops to give you baseline soft skills in addition to technical training. Our unique experiential journey provides a framework so you can reach your full potential with leadership talks, lunch-and-learns and more. You may have the opportunity to rotate into a variety of teams to support your professional development.

You will be contributing to the delivery of the next generation of Dyson technology, so you will need to be:
Working towards or have achieved a relevant engineering or related discipline degree.
To be eligible you will need to have no more than two years of relevant work experience post graduation (Phd students are not eligible for our graduate programmes).
Sound understanding of basic mechanical/product design principles and the development of products and technologies through prototyping and testing
Basic knowledge and understanding of multiple tooling and manufacturing techniques.
Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Tableau and/or other reporting tools will be an advantage
Strong drive to find creative solutions to new challenges
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience and respond constructively to new demands and challenges.
Able to evidence how you have applied your knowledge to solve problems, either through your university projects or as part of your extra-curricular activities.
