Your Role and Responsibilities
As a successful Technical Project Manager in Technology Expert Labs, you will lead a team of technical experts to ensure the formulation, development, and implementation of software-defined networking projects that meet and exceed the client's critical business objectives, helping them with the design, orchestration, automation, monitoring, and management of their enterprise- and carrier-level networks. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders and the IBM team to meet the overall integrated solution plan, budget, schedule, and staffing requirements while exceeding your client's expectations.
Your Role and Responsibilities :
Project Leadership
- Creating and executing project management plans, including scope and change controls, communication plans with stakeholder meetings, status reporting and project health metrics, and deliverables management with time and financial controls

Work closely with clients, Partners and the IBM team to meet the overall integrated solution.
- Project Delivery
- Navigating across venues to resolve issues, developing and document risk mitigation strategies and provide project direction that quickly builds credibility and influences as a trusted advisor

Driving client satisfaction and ensuring project completion on time and budget as per the Statement of Work

Report and strategize solutions for managing project metrics including project health, financials-costs, revenue, and gross profit, team productivity, and client satisfaction.

Experience of working in a complex Public Sector account

Contract management, including understanding of Government framework agreements, Call-Off contracts and development of Statements of Work

Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills - experience of dealing with senior members of client leadership team

Requirements development - ability to understand client needs and turn those into Statements of Work we can deliver

Detailed understanding and experience of IBM release process

Supplier management experience, including close working with Procurement and development of back-to-back Subco SOWs
