Redu is currently looking for an experienced In-house Food Influencer to join our fast-paced client partnerships team. The successful candidate will help to maximise social growth across all of our brands by engaging the audience in new and creative ways.
We’re looking for an extremely passionate and creative individual who enjoys cooking, is a social media whizz and has a love of creating engaging food and budgeting related content across key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok so experience with these platforms is a must.
This role has no ‘instruction manual’ telling you how to create content. Instead, we are relying on the successful candidate to create new and surprising content, giving complete creative freedom to achieve goals!
The successful candidate can complete this role remotely from anywhere within the UK, with flexible working hours offered where needed.

About you…
The In-house Influencer role comes with a lot of creative freedom attached to it meaning we need you to be a self-starter who loves to think outside the box! You will be a confident bubbly person who is happy to present yourself on camera daily for both live and pre-edited videos with heaps of personality!
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in developing your own social media channels and creating your own food content. We’re more than happy for you to run your own channels in your spare time alongside fulfilling this role.
You will have a full UK driving license and have the ability to travel to our retail partner stores daily to gather content of the latest products and offers. Whilst in-store you will be confident to generate live videos across our social platforms. You will have previous experience of video editing on mobile apps such as InShot, and within TikTok.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Plan, create and schedule organic content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Demonstrate knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
- Produce live videos daily.
- Contribute to weekly content planning meetings, with creative and engaging social growth ideas.
- Constantly stay up to date with the latest social media trends, and retail launches.
- Use our video editing tool InShot, and have a basic knowledge of other desktop editing tools such as Premier Pro and iMovie.
- Be reactive on retail launches, and have the ability to go in-store to gather content as and when needed.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Own the key metrics for your channels including audience engagement and growth.
- Create a plan for audience growth and engagement with a clear strategy to meet the company's goals.
Requirements:
- Experience creating a variety of content for social media platforms, either for personal or business use.
- Have a confident and bubbly personality that comes across on screen.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent command over the English language, both written and verbal with impeccable spelling and grammar.
- A creative flare and passion for keeping up with social trends.
- Please provide us with links to your own social media channels and any channels you have managed. Growing and running multiple social media platforms is essential for the role so we will not consider applications without this experience.
Beneficial:
- Previous experience creating content for multiple brands, giving you the ability to adjust your tone of voice/writing style to suit each specific brand.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of social platform algorithms, and 3rd party tools/sites that can be beneficial to a social business.

Job Type:
This is a part-time role, home or office-based working is available, as well as flexible working hours for the right candidate. The role requires some travel daily in your own vehicle to gather in-store content, the areas you’ll travel to are based on what is closest to you.
