The post holder will contribute towards new business development initiatives’ business case construction, service design, new services’ pathways, end to end processes’ design and implementation ensuring ongoing and progressive successful service growth and delivery to support consultant engagement and retention, optimising return on marketing investment and progressive increase in referrals conversion and sales turnover delivering on PPU targets as set by the trust’s LEC across all sites where PPU operates; currently the Royal Free London & Hadley Wood Hospital.
Post holder will be required to work across all sites.

- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
- Minimum of 1st degree or equivalent.
- Evidence of continuing personal development
- Management qualification.
- Significant demonstrable experience of working in the private healthcare sector or NHS PPU in a junior management position .
- Experience and familiarity with business planning and preparation of business cases.
- Demonstrative significant experience of staff management and leading a team
- Introducing new ways of working
- Project management
- Budget management experience including monitoring expenditure and identifying savings
- Highly numerate, with excellent analytical skills/ability to understand and produce statistical information to use in problem solving.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence staff at all levels.
- Proficient IT super user of Compucare, Cerner, CRIS, EPR,IRRIS and EDRM systems, Microsoft office suite
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills including chairing team meetings, writing reports.
- Significant understanding of NHS PPU policy and targets.
- Well organised and practical with a logical, analytical approach to work.
- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
